Glenn founded Coastal Group Realtors in 2002 after relocating to Norfolk, bringing decades of leadership and industry experience. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984, he has spent his career serving property owners and residents with steady guidance, professionalism, and long-term perspective. Over the years, his companies have helped manage homes for more than 10,000 families.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Glenn completed Navy ROTC and served on active duty as a Navy jet instructor pilot, flying A-4s and F-14s. His military background shapes the disciplined, systems-driven approach he brings to property management today—combining technology with personal responsiveness.

Glenn and his wife Nancy have been married for more than three decades and enjoy time with their four grown children and five grandchildren. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him reading, solving crossword puzzles, or out with Lizzie, their much-loved Tibetan Mastiff.

Macon Davis Jr.

Associate Broker | Operations Manager | Realtor

Macon brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Coastal Group and has been a key part of the team for over a decade. Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, he combines industry knowledge with steady operational leadership to help keep the company running smoothly.

He enjoys working closely with the team, collaborating with clients, and staying engaged in an industry that is constantly evolving. Macon believes Coastal Group stands out by maintaining a hands-on, relationship-driven approach while still leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Outside of work, he’s a self-described foodie who enjoys sports and spending time with his family. A former Boy Scout, he strives to bring those values of integrity and service into both his professional and personal life.

Tim Golden

Director of Property Management

A Virginia Beach native, Tim brings nine years of industry experience and a strong problem-solving mindset to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Virginia Real Estate License.

Tim thrives on the variety that property management brings. Each day presents new challenges, and he enjoys finding practical solutions—whether drawing from experience or navigating something entirely new. He believes what truly sets Coastal Group apart is the team’s commitment to caring deeply about clients’ concerns and treating every issue as their own.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Tim fishing along the Lynnhaven River or Chesapeake Bay, enjoying the outdoors and everything Hampton Roads has to offer.

Jill Varga

Leasing Manager

Jill brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and a strong customer-service focus to Coastal Group. Originally from Kingston, New York, she holds a Virginia Real Estate License and a Class C contractor’s license, giving her valuable insight into both leasing and property repairs.

She is passionate about helping clients transition smoothly into their new rental homes and takes pride in making the leasing process feel supportive and straightforward. Jill believes Coastal Group’s strength lies in its experienced, dedicated team and genuine love for serving the Hampton Roads community.

At home, she and her husband Ray share life with two pugs, Lola and Lucy Lou, and a calico cat named Zoey. She enjoys motorcycle riding, staying active, spending time near the ocean, and visiting her three grandchildren whenever possible.

Most interesting job - I was what they called, a "community resource aide" in a day care facility for mentally & physically challenged adults. Not an easy job, but was a good experience.
My "furry" little kid is a cat named Milo.
I like our "team approach" to property mgmt because we are usually all in the loop about situations and makes it easier to problem solve.
